COVID-19 additional measures
At Luxus home and garden, the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority, and this won’t change, as we continue to ensure a safe delivery experience.
Our vehicles are all cleaned and sanitised daily by our delivery team, who will give you a 30 minute pre-call. Please advise them if anyone in your home is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms as advised on the NHS website, or if anyone in your home is vulnerable, shielding or self isolating and would rather receive your delivery at the doorstep. 

Delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and sometimes based on estimates provided by our delivery partners. Deliveries can sometimes be impacted due to unforeseen circumstances including sickness, traffic delays, vehicle breakdown or due to the pandemic, supply chain issues. We work hard to minimise delays and will do our best to keep you fully informed about the progress of your order.

Please note that the first time you hear from us may be when we call you to book your delivery slot. Please rest assured that your order is in our system, and we are doing everything we can to update customers on their order status where possible.

Standard Delivery 

All Standard deliveries include delivery of your furniture to a safe place of your choice, with this delivery option we are unable to unpack your order or take the packaging away. We do offer a premium service which includes these services. (please see 'Home assembly and package removal service' for details) On the day before your delivery we will send you a text message (SMS) re-confirming the delivery date and also provide you with a three hour delivery window. On the day of delivery we will call you 30-45 minutes before to let you know we're on the way. Please note that we deliver between 07:00 and 19:00 hours. We cannot guarantee a time slot, you can call us to track our driver to see if we can update you on their progress.

At the time of order, please advise us if there are any issues with access/parking for vans or access into the garden such as steps, restrictions of width or obstacles. Failure to do so may result in an abortive delivery and a subsequent redelivery charge. Luxus cannot be held responsible for any damage caused as a result of there being insufficient access to place the items in the garden.
Should any items need to be carried through the house it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that floors and carpets are protected and that there is clear access to the garden. Our driver will act as assistant to the customer to move the items through the house and neither our driver nor Luxus will be held responsible for any damage caused as a result of moving items through the house. We are not obliged to carry items through a property and if our driver decides the items will not fit he is entitled to treat the delivery as a curb side delivery.
Delivery of Large Items
You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date for larger items delivered by our own fleet of vans. With larger items such as Sun loungers, large benches and large tables our drivers will require assistance.
We may be able to offer a 2-man delivery service for larger items. This will be quoted on an individual order basis. Please note that for tables 3m or over in length further assistance may be required in addition to the driver and mate.
Delivery of Smaller Items
Smaller items such as cushions, some parasols, bases and accessories will be sent via Royal Mail or a courier and will generally be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of order.

Our products begin their journey to you 3 working days before the actual delivery date. Therefore if you need to amend your delivery date within this time frame, you will be charged a £49 late re-delivery fee. If an order is cancelled within 3 working days of the stated delivery date, a return fee will apply. Please check Our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If for any reason you need to return your items, you will need to repackage them securely. We therefore recommend you keep your original packaging in good condition until you are 100% satisfied with your products.
Your furniture is packaged well to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.
Please advise us of any issues or damages within 24 hours.
Some items do require minimal assembly.

 Home Assembly & Package Removal

Home assembly and package removal service -
Our dedicated team will unpack your items and dispose of all product packaging, to be recycled safely. This offer will be shown on eligible products at the checkout and must be selected in order to be redeemed on the delivery day. The home build and package removal service includes assembly, and removal of all product packaging. This means you can place your order online (or over the phone) with ease and won’t have to worry about disposing of rubbish or setting up your new products! The home build and package removal option will be shown at checkout - please ensure you select this option so that we can arrange this service. If your checkout doesn't show this option, please contact us so that we can make the relevant arrangements, at least 48 hours before your delivery window

Standard Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £500 to UK Mainland.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Highlands is not free and must be quoted for separately, subject to the product(s) you require. Please contact our sales team to help you arrange your delivery.
