Here's what you need to know about cancellations and returns for online orders:
- Free items are non-exchangeable and come with no warranty.
- Items sold at a discount due to being ex-displayed or damaged do not follow the standard return policy.
- Whether you need to cancel your order before delivery, return an item post-delivery, or encounter any issues, we're here to assist you.
Decided against keeping your purchase? Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your furniture. We offer a collection service for returns, with fees depending on the item type.
Here's a simple guide to returning your item:
Step 1: Ensure the item is in its original condition. Furniture that has been built or removed from the packaging, will incur a 50% charge of the purchase price, plus a deinstallation charge of £49.99.
Step 2: Make sure the item is available for collection within 14 days.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
Please note that refunds may take some time to process due to bank clearance procedures.
Return Costs:
- You'll be kindly asked to cover the return shipping expenses of £75.00 UK mainland, this may be higher for other regions.
- For smaller items, return via Royal Mail or courier, costing approximately £10 - £20.
- We can arrange collection for larger items, with varying costs based on the item value.
Cancellation Effects:
- We'll reimburse your payment, minus any additional costs incurred.
- You must return the goods in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, minus any costs or charges.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges:
- You have up to 14 days from receipt to cancel your order.
- Send your cancellation notice to our address provided.
- Once an item has been used or altered, it cannot be returned for a full refund.
