Round is the sociable shape. Nobody is stuck on the end, everyone can hear everyone, and a round garden table fits a square patio far better than a long rectangle does once you allow room to pull the chairs out.
Sizes here run from 120cm, which seats four without anybody knocking elbows, up to a 180cm Maximus that takes eight. Tops come in our Maximus, Sunshine and Spiral patterns, all cut from solid premium hardwood teak.
The smaller round wooden garden tables fold, which is worth having if the patio has to do more than one job or you would rather store the table over winter. The larger fixed tops are meant to stay out all year, and teak is happy to do that. As a rule of thumb, allow 60cm of table edge per person and about a metre behind each chair.
As a guide, a 120cm round table seats four, a 150cm table such as the 150cm Maximus round teak table seats six, and a 180cm table seats six to eight.

Often, yes. A round table has no corners, so it is easier to walk around, and everyone sits facing one another. Where space is tight, a folding design such as the 120cm Spiral round folding table can be put away when it is not in use.

They are made from solid teak with a 4cm-thick top, built using traditional mortise and tenon joints. Our teak is plantation-grown in Indonesia and is covered by SVLK and FLEGT licensing.
