Standard delivery is free on orders over £500 to most UK mainland addresses, including sale orders. Surcharges apply to some remote and offshore postcodes.

Our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery, for private domestic use. Free gift items are not covered.

You can let us know within 14 days of receiving your furniture if you decide not to keep it. Return costs apply, and charges apply to furniture that has been assembled or removed from its packaging. Items discounted because they are ex-display or damaged do not follow the standard returns policy.
